Sorry if this was posted before but QCOM is part of Individual Investor's Magic 25. QCOM was selected as one of the top 25 companies to own in 1998. With all the press of the Super Bowl and those great earnings this one should be in the mid 60's shortly after breaking resistance at 54 1/2. Ind Inv reiterated its buy rating today and is sure to pump it up in their next issue. With all this good news, this puppy is ripe for a blastoff! 3....2....1.....GO QCOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Greg,

I think Qualcomm is going to get much more mileage from the Q stadium than Ericy will get from a series of James Bond's.

Currently Qualcomm has became an integral part of the SuperBowl event in San Diego. For all the residents and the visitors, there is no escaping the Qualcomm Name/Story....

Hopefully, they will do the same great job of positioning on the National/International scene during the SuperBowl event itself....

I am going to be counting the number of times they mention Qualcomm during the game ...;-)
Also, I hope the new ads are stronger than the last ones. The last ones got my attention, but didn't have much force behind them...

And don't forget that SuperBowl might be returning back to Qualcomm Stadium in 2002.

Now with a little help from the Media, the common Joe and Jane in Michigan or Texas can know of Qualcomm.

-Raj

Side Note: I think the next couple of weeks are going to be good for QCOM. Given the SuperBowl event and then an upbeat investors meeting....

Greg,

Besides the stadium name change was the renaming of the street to get to the stadium off of I-8. Used to be Stadium Way, now Qualcomm Way... written on those big green interstate street name signs.
