I dont know a whole lot about semiconductor design, but isnt it hard to come up with simple equations to compare one companies process to another.

in your referance post one of the variables you mentioned was implants. how do you know intel /tsmc use the same implant techniques? by changing this process you could effectively change required gate lengths. I was told this is one way that dec can achieve such high mhrz values(by making a step like implant that gets thinner near the gate region).
