TC, Don't think RMIL shareholders haven't had some sleepless nights!. It appears, IMO, that the merger was 'orchestrated' not only so RMCW ( as RMIL ) can be a publically traded co., but to bust the short!! RMCW has product, backorders, distribution, expansion...and, quite honestly, and rightly so, folks can ask, What does OVIS have to offer RMCW, besides being publically traded. I think the investor , and the possible second investor liked OVIS for 5-6MM reasons!! (IMO) Of course, Morgan has tricks up his sleeve too, but, IMO, this merger was orchestrated for RMCW to publically trade as RMIL, and to bust the short. Pugs
