Yousef,

Interesting arguments. It does appear that NSM has a more difficult project ahead of itself than I had previously thought. I was not aware of the profound differences in manufacturing analog from digital devices. Nevertheless, I think NSM is still a relatively safe investment. For starters, they got Cyrix for so cheap and as a result it only comprises %10 of the presently merged company. So even if the whole MediaGX fails, the bulk of NSM's business will stay intact. On the upside, if MediaGX does indeed work out, I think NSM will make a killing. So, I see a lot of upside potential with less downside.

I have a question. If AMD is a technology leader, why are their yields so bad? If they do have superior technology, then it suggests that they have poor management and personnel. Consistent with that is the failure fo the K5 design.

Thanks, Kevin.
