Joe, You may be right, but I have been hearing the same thing for many many months concerning new programs and what they will do to the stock, such as dime a min. plan, which seems to have not produced what they thought it would! Then everyone keeps talking about the buy back and it is coming! Can anyone tell me why they are not buying when the stock is suppose to be so low in the eyes of all ECI bulls? Seems to me this is the time to buy when it is low, at least when I'm buying stocks I like for them to be down so I can buy more shares for my money! Good luck to you, never know what may happen ECI might just stay in a tight trading range for some time now! Hank
