It does not change her accurate forecast of the Suns activity. However, the overall theme looks to be correct, and she is speaking on behalf of a number of researchers I think. Some of the projections look to be similar to others. She is a tough cookie and having grown up in the Ukraine during the soviet era, knows how to challenge flawed authoritative views. I think things are still being hashed out and I am looking forward to future presentations. Anyone can be wrong, but I am a firm believer of the scientific process, and that all sides should be heard equally. At the moment there is unjustified bias. The cyclical nature of recent temperate trends from long term processes is the most likely scenario, and one wonders why there is such a hullabaloo over that view. Well, ... it's the human condition to be self important in these matters I guess. Hence the human race is "controlling climate" has grown into this (and probably passing) fashion. It was your posts, from years back... well presented... but from an opposite view then mine, that changed my perspective that CO2 induced climate change was a problem. At the time, I just trusted what official sources were telling me, and that the published academic views were correct. That does not seem to the case now that I have studied things more closely. This is a graph from Dr Norman Page in January 2019.
