Your right, I dont take the IPCC's presentations very seriously at the moment. Mainly because they dont seriously look at the fact the immediate prospect that the planet is about to become wetter and cooler in the near future. The possibility of crop failures and food shortages is tentatively put forward (circa 2028) , even with increased CO2 concentrations we have today. That should be a concern to governement's world wide. Zharkova has said as much but has only suggested it as indirectly as she can... No doubt a characteristic from her days living under the heavy thumb of the Kremlin. Some IPCC hot shots have done their best trashing the Earths Orbit calculations w.r.t the Sun in her latest paper. The presentation does seem to be in error. I think she just took some one else's work and did not realize the mistake. She seems to be more Mathematician than Physicist. I am sure everyone here would like to hear all about those views.
