Anyone heard the DOJ-MS partial agreement? I feel the gov is chikening. Seems to me MS will get its way. opinions?

Are you talking about todays agreement? What a wimp out. This is why they were so arrogant. "Oh, you just want the icon removed". I do agree if they had done that first they would have been still ridiculed . This way they got what they were willing to give up.

But the real damage was the shining of the flashlight on the cockroaches.

Not so fast! So far, the only thing to be done is that the ICON will be invisible. As a passing note, I see that Netscape will now be releasing its' browser Free Of Charge. ( Consumer WINS )

We'll have to wait and see about the rest.
