You should pay more attention to Tulsi. She's a good one. She still has a lot of those crazy Socialist policies, just like the other Democrats, but she has her head in the right place when it comes to foreign policy. On those policies, I agree with her a lot.

Why I am a Democrat.

I followed the Republicans closely for over 50 years. All they ever did was steal from the country and the people and give the money to the rich by nefarious means e.g. tax cuts and busting unions and hurting social programs. .

It was common knowledge even when I was young 50 years ago, that the Republicans helped the rich and the Democrats helped the rest of the people, but especially the working person and the poor.

I watched for 50 years how the Republicans stole trillions and trillions of dollars for the rich using criminal and unethical means. That is why I always said anyone who chooses the Republicans over the Democrats is either mentally challenged or ethically challenged.

And the autocrats, plutocrats and Republican leadership have used the low information voter and cultural biases like racism, homophobia and pro life folks, by fooling them into voting for Republicans by saying: "see we are like you, we hate gays and believe in reverse racism and love god and guns, so vote for us---

Then they stab their voters in the back by cutting needed social programs they depend on and break their unions and collude with autocrats to lower wages.

And right wing folks hate the liberals so much they willingly cut off their nose to spite their face.

They don't seem to realize their salvation lies with the dems, not the pubs!
