Richard -

I agree with your assessment of the impact a reverse split can have on a BB. As you can see from my multiple posts on the subject last night I also worry about the impact of even a rumor of a reverse split. While Little Engine was not the first to bring up the subject in this thread, I too question his motives as he has stated it in such a manner that it appears as fact rather than opinion or speculation. I believe you have further clarified the point I was attempting to make to him. Thanks.

I merely stated that a reverse split was more believeable than a 40 P/E ($4 share price) ratio for this company, especially since Ira spoke of a listing by the end of the quarter (March, right?). The MM's will short it at .30, but not at $3? If there's more dilution, an even higher P/E, which we can all agree is a possible scenario.

Meanwhile, on the audit front (tick, tick, tick), I found it interesting that Ira said the audited financials would come out "in February", and noted that they had until June to release them. Whatever happened to Feb. 1? Will it be more like Feb. 15, Feb 25? Curious.

As I have stated before, if I were interested in (and capable of) driving a stock down, I'd do it to Dell, or perhaps Microsoft. I don't have that power, sorry.

I think the company is still on target for Feb 1, for the audited financials. I think we will likely see them the first week of February, since the 1'st is a Sunday.
