There is a universal rule. You can have safe above ground power grid or a 50 billion bullet train too nowhere.

California is democrat's everywhere. No big deal, the homeless are not impacted by the fires or no electricity.

Progressives are making California the new Venezuela.

I am a bit surprised that new technology has not been developed over the years to combat these problems that have been there for some time.


They're almost there but it will take a few years to grow trees with fire extinguishers in them......
