I didn't expect OAKT to jump up all the sudden after missed the earning estimate by "1" cent but I don't expect it falls 10%+ the next day (I thought we should see 7 today).

It seems to me that their Pixel Magic deal hasn't pay-off as they expected although it is a great potential market. The rest they are doing okay. For now, all we can do is hoping that the new blood from Intel and Quantum will bring new idea and good marketing to OAKT.

Sparky: Who's going to want to buy OAKT's PC MM business?

It seems to me that Oakt needed to be thinking about selling out 3 to 6 months ago. At the moment I can't think of anyone that would even give them a thank you for the business. Basically OPTI and Ensoniq sold out to CREAF. VLSI couldn't sell their audio business and TSNG sold out to ATI. The only buyers that I would see are:
DSPG (I think that Oakts WARP processor is based on a DSPG core)
TXN ( they have almost no PC audio presence and cracks in the 3Dlabs deal)
AMD ( highly unlikely they were already in this area and got out )
INTC (what for: they have deals with 3dlabs and CHPS)
NSM ( has lots of problems with Cyrix Audio already)

My bet for a buyer would probably be someone like Tritech or maybe one of the Tiawan design houses, AURL might be interested in the Video business but it would have to be cheap.
