I hope his lead holds. I looked about 10min ago, it claimed 99% in, and he had a 10K lead, now it shows a 6K lead and the total count has gone up about 12K which is nearly 1%. If it goes up another 1% he could drop another 4K so down to 2K lead.

At what point do they force a recount?
