It turns out if you had a special character that used to be allowed but they don't pay for it now, all changes made to graphs vanish and they revert to the original. Can't tell you how much time that wasted for me! what a pain... but the new chart looks good - as do the interior parallel lines... Nice...!!! for your own interest... use that same spread and then the low in 2003 for an origin... with that the upper tine comes into play for an entirely different view
