Harold-- Thanks for that imput on the Sec 144 Regulation. I was coming from the post#6561 in which J.Ritter was stating that the reason for the turn around over the weekend by Greg Wilson was that he found out about the problem of liquidity in getting rid of his shares. Can an officer before he leaves make a "non open market" sale of his shares?I understand the restriction once he leaves. Isn't there a benefit to being employed while trying to divest yourself of those shares? Thanks for your help in this area.
