This press release really doesn't reveal doodley-squat. They just gave someone the opportunity to be first in line to buy some diesel. I could give you the right of first refusal to buy power from my nuclear fusion plant, whether or not such technology ever comes into existence. That does't prove that I am ready to succesfully provide that power commercially. Sure, it would IMPLY that I was on the verge. To paraphrase an old saying: The road to hell is paved with good implications. Bruce
