Glen, I'm no expert but here's my take.it's a call spread.They sold the May 55 calls and bought the may 60 calls.net credit of $50K.The 60 calls protect them if they get called out of their 100,000 shares at 55.The other interesting thing id the FEB 40 puts(1,879).Somebody sold em figuring they want EVI at $40-3.50=36.50 in Feb or they are certain the stock is going to be above 40 come expiration day.Looks safe to me.I'm getting more bullish on EVI!
