I believe for my age it is 97% effective compared to only 67% with the original without the AGEN secret sauce.

Side effects are weird for some of us. Both my GF and I had flu like symptoms the next day but the day after that we were fine. I had no fever just stiff joints and light body ache... odd but worth it to avoid a possibly painful and blinding event.
