He has also gotten some attention for allegedly harassing an underage girl online as well as trying to organize a topless youth swim in which parents were not allowed to attend. So all in all, he’s a complete and total creep. In October, Yaniv thankfully lost his case against the estheticians and was forced to pay $6,000 in damages after accusing the three women of “discrimination” when they refused to perform the wax on him. There is still, apparently, a slight about of justice left in far-left Canada. Now, however, Yaniv is venting his frustration at gynecologists who refused to take him as a patient because he doesn’t have female genitalia. “So a gynaecologist office that I got referred to literally told me today that “we don’t serve transgender patients,” Yaniv tweeted. “And me, being me, I’m shocked.. and confused… and hurt. Are they allowed to do that, legally? Isn’t that against the college practices?” he asked. Because that friggin’ makes sense. They could achieve this “either as part of the transition stage performing surgery or managing pre- or post-transition gynaecological problems,” he suggested. The official definition of gynecology, by the way, is literally “the medical practice dealing with the health of the female reproductive systems (vagina, uterus, and ovaries) and the breasts.” So let’s recap: a man who has a fully intact male reproductive system is insisting that doctors who have dedicated years of college and practice to the female reproductive system should treat him anyway because feelings. It is not hard to imagine there is going to be another lawsuit. Ricky Gervais noted when Yaniv first gained notoriety: “How did we get to the point where women are having to fight for the right to choose whether they wax some big old hairy cock & balls or not? It is not a human right to have your meat & 2 veg polished,” tweeted Gervais. Or examining and offering medical advice for your “meat & 2 veg,” in this case.
