Fruit is the big killer. Fructose much worse the sucrose for spiking insulin from where the damage to the arteries occurs. Even gorillas in the jungle only eat fruit 5 months a year. For most of his existence man has had little access to fresh fruit. Just say no! (and pop a Vitamin C)

By the way TJ, construction industry and real estate about to boom in Brazil. Brazil only has 25% of its economy involved with imports an exports. When Brazil booms, so does Bolsonaro's government and he will lead Latin America out of socialism. Lula thought he would lead a counter revolution. He is hated and can't walk the streets. Monetization of debt and a falling dollar will be tail winds. 10,000 people alive in Brazil who would be dead had Lulas party won. Murder rate down 25%
