Hi ant, just to be sure I understand you correctly, are you saying no fruit, or moderate fruit?

I have alway had a question re oatmeal.

The nutritionists seem to say okay re oatmeal, but my question remains, what is the ‘correct’ breakfast besides moderation on everything.

On Sundays difficult to get me to give up the classic ‘American’ breakfast.

On Saturdays I take in poached eggs.

I find it near impossible to give up all of traditional beverages and ‘must’ have either white coffee or dark chocolate drink on weekends.

I have gone without fruit juice except for occasional fresh coconut or watermelon juice that be mostly water. No soda pop at all except for one Coca Cola per annum rate.
