Depends on when you bought Greg. If you bought before it hit 12 backa few months ago then you should only be kicking yourself for not selling then. I know we all expect a stock to always continually rise and we're pissed off when it doesn't but it comes with the territory with small caps. We lose as stockholders because even frivolous lawsuits hit the bottom line. When he said shareholders get 10 cents on the dollar he was wishful thinking. You're lucky if you get a penny on the dollar. Last time I was involved in one of these I think I walked away with about $5 per thousand dollars. He's right, the only ones who make out are the lawyers. Why investors continue to file these briefs is beyond me. They don't make a dime on it and it only kills the bottom line.

What kills me is have you looked at any of those lawsuit press releases. Have you looked at some of the companies that they have filed against? Ascend, 3-COM...etc. Another's list Rainforest Cafe and Caribean Cigar. It's obvious that these guys are nothing but sharks looking for new game. Shakespeare was right..."start by killing all the lawyers."
