Hi Bob. Do you think these law suits will effect the earnings report forthcoming? Maybe these guys are scrambling to cover some tracks and throw some unaccounted expenses at us as write-offs or charges or something. If not this past quarter then maybe this quarter (since nothing has been preannounced). One way or another, from what I gather, some charges are soon to be realized.

The law firm count continues to grow. How many class action suits can there be? Funny that this stock has been in the cellar before and no law suits arose. Is GTIS's accounting practices new news? I don't think so, but it does seem to put GT in a corner after this MPRS debacle. I think this sent up red flags and like me, now the attorneys smell a rat.

And why won't the real reason for the merger failure get released? If it is not suitable for shareholder ears then I would not want to be a shareholder. Is it just me, or can anyone else hear the ticking time bomb? Unreal, Duke 4ever, Abe 2 3 or 4? Will it really matter? If this past quarter doesn't pan out (with everything under the sun being released and the MPRS thing unable to fog things up), how can anyone justify owning a share of this company? They certainly should make .22/share!

Buddy

P.S. Played Oddworld for the second time yesterday. Man, I got to the bomb machine part, took a bomb to the upper level, threw it on the explosive devices on the ledge below, jumped on that ledge, now I can't get to the ledge below that. I just fall to my death every time.
Splat!

Bob,

We all got blindsided by the MPRS deal. That is what took the stock down from over $12. Although I regret not being able to anticipate that move (i.e., not being psychic), I am not kicking myself because of it!
