Mr. Dendro, You have stated that you are a shareholder but you appear to be more negative than the nays. Have you called the company and demanded the filings by Feb 15th or have you called the company at all? Not a flame, but why own stock in a company you dislike so much?? dj

"ii.a broker-dealer shall be in compliance with the requirement to obtain the annual, quarterly, and current reports filed by the issuer, if the broker-dealer has made arrangements to receive all such reports when filed by the issuer and it has regularly received reports from the issuer on a timely basis, unless the broker-dealer has a reasonable basis under the circumstances for believing that the issuer has failed to file a required report or has filed a report but has not sent it to the broker-dealer."

Mr. Dendro: 10Q reports are not audited filings. They stipulate that the management believes that the informations contained in them conforms to generally accepted accounting principles and is in effect a true representation of the financial picture of the filing company. We know from the SEC warning that the public, shareholders and broker/dealers have been cautioned to take all releases from RMIL with serious doubt as to their veracity. TLW
