rubin should resign and just be an investor and sit on the board . shareholder equity is at an all tiime high, balance sheet is strong, wpec and idf are poised to have good years and connectsoft will have an ipo this year. the company is not bad and at mkt cap aroubd 18 million this thing cheap, the problem is rubin got to go,simple as that. augi makes all the requirements to keep being listed on the nasdc so that not the problem its rubin and the loan and the bull----, thats it , thats why rubin should step down only way nasdac delist them is not cause of fundamentals but the management did questionable things and nasdac is cracking down on this. i would be shocked if they did get delisted because they do make all the requirements versus hundreds of companies on the border. rubin has to go , simple as that

Max, glad you're willing and able to attend the shareholder's meeting (I hope they don't change the venue again after you have made your plans). Hope you can provide a detailed accounts and your impressions of the meeting on SI. Maybe you should get yourself wired to catch each and every lame explanation of management's ineptness this past fiscal year <ggg> Remember, when management (November 96 conference call) was calling for fiscal 97 consolidated net income of about $4-5 million for AUGI in fiscal 97?
