The rules to the Senate are a PDF file and I showed you what to search for to get it. The idea that McConnell can choose to not do a trial is a lie. The idea that they can simply vote to acquit without a trial is again untrue. Since articles such as this quote republicans and only republicans we know they can't be true. Why don't they ask Constitutional Scholars instead? We both know why? It's easier for the media to print a lie than the truth. That's why Trump is in the WH.
