HI kim,

At a certain and rather arbitrary growth in my account, I will sell and withdraw my seed money and run on the market's money.

In the past I've always sold early. Never looked back and never felt bad about leaving money on the table.

Just have no clue on where to park the money - except if things get so hot that interest rates get cranked up to 5 -7 percent on ten years. Then I'll gladly build a 5 and 10 year ladder 1/3 5 year and 2/3 10 year. It will take 2 years to build it and 3 years to start recycling al into 10 years.

That's moot until I do some selling. Once I start selling, I get cold feet and do it too much too quickly.

Suck it up buttercup eh? <smile>

Bob
