Just something to watch......most of the gold stocks I'm watching are trending above their 50dma's. On a fling a Friend in the office bought AU, I went with CDE. He's up 38% on his I've got 22% in the last month....FWIW.. And QDEK is pushing 100% since I last mentioned it a month ago.

Otherwise I've been taking more off the table...then I've been putting on.

>>>...i agree. i'll be back in.

Actually.......doc I'm still in. I own Intuit...and they have 2.9M shares of this. I just don't have a direct risk of loss on this at the time on Excite.

My Intuit Position has cost me -$24 net....so I don't have any risk of loss.

It's called having your cake...eating it & everybody elses too!

The latest Xcite merger won't help earnings any time soon. Paying 10 times sales seem awfully rich. By issuing over 3 million new shares it is going to make it tough to impact their P/E in a positive way.

Considering they have been continually stating that they will post a profit in '98, the merger will dilute earnings for quite some time and may be a drag in this area besides.

I'm hoping for the best, however, I am now concerned.
