Ibexx,

Thanks for sharing important information with us.
Is there a pure text format for this report?

Thanks,

P.S.
Just listened to CNN news, Clinton's scandal looks
like to have a big negative impact on
bond/stock markets on Monday, though we
have Compaq/Intel/Microsoft/Baby Bells/TI/DSL modems
suppliers' big announcement on Monday.

Ibexx, Sonki & all, "TCI/Microsoft/Sun deal".

This is the best report on this issue I have seen so far.
It is very thorough and interesting.

Thanks for the Lehman post...

In the local paper (Issaquah/Redmond) last night, they said Microsoft signed a with a property developer for 660,000 sq. ft of office space to house 12,000 employees, as part of their 5-6 year plan. The location is roughly 10mi from the main campus. This is not to move the company but to provide room for more employees. Building is to start in 2001.
Microsoft has 18,000? employees today. They are planning for 12,000 more in 2001 and who knows how many between now and then.

Looks to me like they plan to double the company over the next 5 years.
