Your post to TORO was again distortion of facts and
mis- information. You never respond to any questions raised about you and the points that you raise by distortion of information.

You continue to harass and offer nothing that is remotely constructive. Your obvious mission is to end any activity on this thread. I therefore again insist that you post elsewhere. I will write to the webmistress if you continue your activity. I do not mind disagreement or discussion. I do object to your intent and your means of achieving that purpose.

Sergio

Christopher
Once again I think you missed the whole purpose of my message. I was only trying to make a point to become a constructive part of this thread. I am not going to point out where FIBR was on everyday since original post here and on the 56 thread.

In regard to "welcome to the world of investing" the analysis is done from past history, but then the time comes for you to take a stance today, not tomorrow. Meaning you gather your information from historic data, and then you post today from your results, otherwise no one would or could ever make a recommendation. "Analayzing the play after the result are in is how the game works ..." oh Chris you certainly do get the award of "Monday Morning Quarterback". Perhaps other mm would like to comment on your philosophy and if they agree, I will be the first to state I don't understand your business, and I would apologize.

Christopher, you stated:

< Analyzing the play after the results are in is how the game works, since results speak for themselves and establish a history of success or failure...and success or failure--not hype, emotion, or personal insults--are ultimately all that matters in this business.>

Please be informed that hype, and emotion, are histories main known facts in this business, which analyzed, may lead to success or failure. Also, my failures have led to many, many successes. Which I may humbly add, I have had plenty of failures. One thing we learn from history, is that we don't learn from history.

Mike

Christopher Smith. This is a thread that people use to provide FA and TA analysis. If you can read, please refer to the thread description. If you can't read then ask someone to read it for you and then explain in in plain and simple terms. If you can read than may I suggest that you ask whomever is writing stupid things and signing your name to quit.

That chip on your shoulder must cause you to walk funny. You're beginning to make extremely little sense again. Still upset about IFCI and Mike Vitas?

Mr Smith...I am in complete agreement that some of the "TA" done here is questionable at best. As you stated, any serious TA applied to thinly traded $2-5 stocks is absurd. Firstly, these stocks tend to trade in a narrow range, AND w little vol AND spreads on such "micro-caps", the entry/exit needs to be perfect and LUCKY. If positions are taken out by "professionals" prior to making recommendations to clients, it is called "running ahead"...which is, by the way, illegal. In this forum, however, one can not be stopped from creating hype about a stock only to have one's followers push his position up while he bails. The chasing of 1/16ths and spreads and averaging down on rumors/what-ifs on these stocks is financial suicide. Little posted here is "REAL NEWS" and should not be treated as such (it certainly isn't by the mkt). I think the countless hours spent posting and creating what-if scenarios w "TA" is a waste of time. I would wager to say that if one invested in say, PFE, which has split this year AND pays dividends, and sat and HELD he would have a better return than chasing burger joints around for a 1/4 pt tremor.Sitting and Holding is not my style, but chasing thinly traded companies w bad % spreads and suspect fundamentals and historiesDEFINITELY is not my style either. SI readers beware.
Mr Smith??? Agree?????

Keep it coming. the truth needs to be seen here regarding this thread and its picks....yes all the picks at high and overbought levels yet they jump on anyway...these are not breakout rides ala rmbs or onsl...rather poor timing...actually NO timing i want to know why one would go long on a 2$ stock AMVC w overbought stochastics and an unrealistic RSI given its history....yes ta does not work on these stocks...but it can still be applied and if it was ....many of these picks were screaming overbought, retracement etc....i hope all the novices out there do not take doug r too seriously, as they will lose what $$ they have. I hope any novice reading this buys some good books on trading rather than relying on a self appointed teacher/expert you do not know on a thread.
Thank You Mr Smith (whoever you are) for shedding some truth about this crack team of "analysts" once the results are in! beautiful job!
