Dave, COMS also had restatement this year; there are few other companies had similiar cases. I am not trying to cover for S3 nor any other company, however, it appears that overseas contacts screwed many companies. Furture investigation is needed to access how exactly these kind of practices were permitted and be able to correct them.

On WDC issue: Law Suits (There are many on WDC) are filed against its mgmt!! Share holders do not trust the mgmt!! With due all respect for Steve, how he can differentiate between WDC mgmt's and S3's mgmt?

To me, the bottom line is the mgmt of these two companies and many others didn't warn their Share Holders. Now, If Steve has position on WDC, he can hype WDC, while he can go anginst S3 since he has not yet taken position!! Simple!! Doesn't this kind of upgrading and downgrading take place on Wall Street every trading day?

Common, they sell first, then they downgrade! Mr. Goldman bought S3 and started covering it: Mr. Goldman sold first and then downgraded S3!!!

My point is: This is normal and is part of the Wall Street Game!!! And Steve Goldman has all the right to do so! Therefore, I do not expect him yet to find positive things about S3 now!
