Refugee resettlement costs American taxpayers nearly $9 billion every five years Bet it would be cheaper to give them a first class ticket to the country of their choice ( other than here ) plus a stipend to start over .. Maybe we should hold a reverse immigration lottery .. For $9 Billion we could pay 100,000 folks 90K each to LEAVE .. Applications at your Post Office or DMV .. It would be better policy than what we're currently doing .. Triff ..
