To the "resident" theologians, etc.
Since my wife's serious near catstrophe and also because of our age-d years, we were wondering if anything in scripture is against cremation? I asked this question a week or so ago and got no answers---they carried bones back from Egypt to give a proper burial for Jacob---I have a friend that had his father & mother-in-law cremated for around $300. In other words, is cremation of pagan origin and paying undue respect to the corpse?
What do you think?
Thanks-

Jack

Good grief, Barney, I just went back over some old posts and found your thing on "when I die... like my grandpa did."

Oh, I got to tell you, I literally am cracking up and can't stop laughing. I must have missed several weeks here, as I never saw any of this stuff.
