Sorry, nothing nearly as exciting. I was talking of the list of cities WinStar owns licenses in that Ed supplied in his post:

Somebody said the list of bidders won't be released until Monday or Tuesday.

I would think WinStar would have to be interested in buying ARTT or their licenses. And ARTT would have to be in a position where they're ready to listen to offers.
