Ron Thanks for a quick and concise response. Just to follow up a little more on some of your responses. "And I don't Bill would be allowed to discuss any kind of financial issues without ticking off his lawyers. The last thing I want to see is Bill discussing this topic and the information finding it's way to the internet before the SEC filings are submitted." I will agree 100% with those statements. "I am hoping that BC is making loans available to keep the company afloat until a deal is locked in." I thought about loans but wondered what he would use as collateral. The Green Machine is not his to put up for collateral. He leases all the buildings and equipment, I think. Just wasn't certain how possible it would be for him to get a loan. "I will become considerably more concerned should we not have any positive news on contracts by late February-March. My rationale for this is that we all know that two companies, RecOil and Mid-West have signed contracts in 1996. They have until June 30th of this year to have their plants installed and operating for them to capture Section 29 tax credits. If I don't see something positive with regard to these outstanding orders by the end of winter, I will begin to assume that they may not be planning on Sections 29 and have altered their schedules." Did those contracts stipulate June 30, 1998 as a termination of the deal if the unit(s) were not in place? Were these even contracts or some kind of agreement? I am assumming no money has changed hands with Mid-west or RecOil and GRNO as of yet. Also, still waiting on a Turkish deal!! With all these deals possible, and 6/30 being an important date for Section 29 purposes, is it even feasible for Bill to handle several deals and manufacture units by 6/30? Seems overwhelming!! "But of course, the SEC and DHEC situation sure hasn't helped any, has it?? :0(" Definitely not, however DHEC can help by fast tracking the request to increase production :-) Thanks, back to preparing (trying to figure out) my taxes.
