An AP article stated that Monica's jet set mother was also a close friend of Susan Mcdougal. I would guess that Susan and Bill did some bush exploring back in the Ozarks. So I find it very interesting that they knew each other.

Hmmmmmm?

Did Susan give Monica pages on pointers to consider when kneeling in front of the president?
