Does anyone have any comments on LSI's announcement that it has the
first programmable single-chip GSM baseband solution. What are the implications for ATML. Any comments are appreciated.

Hey hey hey Mike, take your hands off from my ATML! I'm long on this
baby now. Got some bundle last week, they were way oversold.

How have you been? Did you still have some st.paul from old days
there? Those guys are getting fatter lately. I wish I had some
of st.paul. I missed that one. We're having mild winter this year.
I left two ice cream on patio over night and it turned into soup
for Bipin's BD party. I asked the weather to be cold only once,
just this once for ice cream. June, July, August and this lousy
winter. 8^) If we have one more lousy warm winter, I might retire
here. That's a scary thought, don't you think? Take care.

ps: It's nice to have you back!

regards,

BPP

HI, MB,

I did not agree with your bearish opinion
last year when the Atml was high, but I
do respect you on expressing different
opinion and had clear explanation and the
kindness to share your information with
others.

Last year you mentioned about heavy
competition from other heavy weights,
but it turned out that the biggest hit on
Atml is not from these big Semi companies
but the Asia financial crisis.

Do you still think those big companies (especially the Japanese) will have a
negative impact on ATML?

Thanks a lot,

David :)
