I talked to Joe Gardner today, IR in Encinitas. He said that TSIS is still selling shares out the back door, in fact that is why he called. "Do I want any more shares at .01 less than market?" He also said that they are halting direct sales as of the end of the month, so I have to get my order in RIGHT AWAY! He says that the stock price should be over a buck within a couple months and that they are reporting a profit at the shareholder meeting in Feb. He also was pushing Actionsports (AMXC) at .35/share. I don't know what the connection is. I have no idea how to interpret this info. That's the problem with not having fundamental information on a company. Oh well, I guess I'll hold for a while longer and see what happens. ojai
