Say it ain't so JOE!! From what I gathered earlier on, stock treasury sales was to have ended in Dec.This info according to Scott Cameron.Now as of Jan 12 the Northridge IR was to have ended operations.Where is he getting the shares from and why is he promoting AMXC????

Joe Gardner is in transition from working for TSIS to working for AMXC (some type of snow board company), thats why he's pushing their shares. I believe one other IR person from TSIS went there after the Northridge office closed. Off subject... is anyone else going to the shareholder meeting on feb. 9 in encinitas?

> I talked to Joe Gardner today, IR in Encinitas. He said that TSIS is still selling shares out the back door, in fact that is why he called. "Do I want any more shares at .01 less than market?" He also said that they are halting direct sales as of the end of the month, so I have to get my order in RIGHT AWAY! < I called day before yesterday and spoke with Scott Cameron at TSIS. He told me that Joe Gardner is not in Encinitas and is not an employee of the company. Joe was part of a group which was marketing TSIS's stock. That contract apparently was terminated, effective the end of January. According to Scott, even though the contract runs through the end of the month, they have now ceased selling their stock through this group (ie effective immediately). Hope this clears things up a bit. We should hear more at the annual meeting. JSb.
