Archie, the reports I have seen or heard from foreign newspapers and foreign television, and interviews with Europeans, shows everyone talking about a SEX scandal. Since you live abroad, could you tell me if you are all getting just the headlines and the pictures of Monica, or is being carefully explained that this is really about possibly LYING under oath, a felony in the United States?

My prediction is that as the complexities are more widely understood, people may stop laughing.
