DCTC doesn't have a lot of info availlable... But the Revenues and Earnings are rising... And, the chart looks good technically... There is a short term price target of 3.00... The 5 Million dollar share buyback should lop about 2 1/2 million shares off the total shares outstg... It would have the effect of increasing EPS by 33%...

FAIRFIELD, Conn. (Dow Jones)--DCI Telecommunications Inc. (DCTC) applied to
Nasdaq for a SmallCap listing.

In a press release, the company said the listing application process takes
between one month and five months for approval.

DCI is currently an over-the-counter bulletin board stock and trades under
the symbol DCTC.

DCI Telecommunications is a technology and communications company.
