With book value in excess of $13 and Cash at $9/share, your "low teens" means $4-5/share for SPCT's business. Doesn't that seem pretty cheap when you are waiting for an EPS of $3?

Downgrade of telcos today may have hurt SPCT. I noticed that the price dropped last Friday even though the downgrade wasn't announced until today. I guess some of those folks on Wallstreet get a peek at this kind of stuff before the rest of us.
