Mr. Reschner: Great post by you and sh. I agree 1000%. We need a proactive as opposed to reactive management. In order to be proactive you need management which has been down the path before and can anticipate the next developments. The difference is the difference between real management and mere damage control. The company is the shareholders and it is the duty of management to maximize the value of the company for all the shareholders. I'm not implying any mismanagement only that the time has come(in fact the time has passed) to make sure the company has the "horsepower" to do its duty. JLAllen
