Nope. They filed the suit in Britain, and the burden of proof is on Barron's. They have to prove that they didn't defame Osicom, not vice versa. British libel law is opposite this country's. It's why Kitty Kelly's latest book on the royal family was not published there.

If the suit was being heard in this country, you would be correct. Since is not, your entire premise is incorrect.
