Out of curiousity, since you appear to be sure of it, can you carry it the next step? What would the SEC do while they keep it halted because of the illegal shorts? And how fair is it to the company and shareholders to keep it halted while they do whatever you're going to tell me they do? You're saying the shareholders can't trade because the SEC is chasing after shorters?

DD: Where do you get that information? Please don't say that it is because you decided that. How did you come to that conclusion? Please show me the section that states that they will not allow trading in a stock that has an illegal short position. I think you putting your foot in your mouth on this one, DD.
