Joe: The trading halt imposed by the SEC is over. The only reason
it is not trading appears to be lack of current accurate financial statements that a market maker can determine reliable.

<And how fair is it to the company and shareholders to keep it halted while they do whatever you're going to tell me they do?> How fair would it be if the SEC looked the other way, while an illegal activity was taking place in one of the stocks it oversees. SEC and Illegal shorting, it would be a contridiction of terms if they looked the other way. The law must be upheld.Period..DD
