TLW: Oouch.. I even felt that. I think a problem that is inherent with postings such as yours has to do with the lack of reference. I know you posted the number of the release, but I think it would be more enlightening if people would post the original document, in its entirety, unaltered. This way, no one can claim that things were changed, or put unnecessary "spins" on. At the bottom where you said about if any broker dealer etc etc etc, is this specific to RMIL, or is this a standard statement isseud to all, in this predicament. The reason I said that, is because to me, your post sounds as though RMIL is the only one it happened to, thus making it more important than the other stocks. Is this making sense? I am not flaming you, so please don't take it that way. I am trying to clear up why I think certain reactions are being reacted <g> I am not looking for a heated debate, either. al

TLW, I asked you your feelings on a broker who slammed a stock 8-10hrs. a day. This is in violation of 15USC Chapter 2A sub.i.77q. The NASD recieved numerous complaints about Mr. Kugler. Personal? Do you think a group of shareholders would complain to the NASD because Mr. Kugler insulted us? He is a broker and he was 'unethical' slamming this stock 8-10hrs. a day. The NASD suggested we notify Principal, we did. Principal remained non-responsive until Jan. They must have concluded our complaints had merit since Mr. Kugler is no longer slamming the stock on this thread. I applaud the NASD , as a regulatory agency, aiding us in a broker abusing his position and our investment. You, unlike the NASD, remained silent , watching the abuse with blinders on. If you call that 'personal', I suggest, again,you have a reason for saying so...You seemed to have picked-up the ball nicely for Mr. Kugler and seem very proffecient with your 'hand-offs' to Tonto. I have nothing personal against you, Kugler, or Tonto....it just appears you each possess a pathological desire to see this co. fail....as do those who are undeclared naked shortsellers of RMIL. I don't think its' "personal" of me to note your change in demeanor, substance or strategy as you remain on a thread you promised,in good faith, to depart. Pugs
