TG: Now,Now. No waffling out of this, Bill.
Either the SEC has a rule concerning illegal shorts and tradeabilty of stocks, or they don't.
Taking another rule, and putting ones own interpretation on it, is not going to let Ditch off the hook.
If he were a registered sec. attorney, I may give in a little.
However as it stands, he is voicing an opinion based on what he wishes were the scenerio. (IMO)
Ditch..what kind of wine goes wth feet? LOL
