HI rick,

Coal will continued to be used by emerging markets for electrical generation. Indonesia, China and India are big users and due to low cost will continue to build out and utilize.

All of the developed countries and their huge push to renewables are being negated by those wanting the benefits of modern fossil fuel use at the lowest costs - much as we did when developing.

There are so many sides to the green renewable push - it appears to be collectively ineffective.

Mostly because the huge efforts simply seem to raise costs and do not achieve the desired effects.

Their science, has been labeled "proven and irrefutable" sadly it has proven only to be ineffective and expensive.

Natural gas replacing coal for electrical generation is the most effective. The reason for the US's success.

Fortunately for us, we have decades of cheap supply and a lot of infrastructure already in place (short of some bigger pipelines).

Now if the politicians would quit insane laws outlawing new construction using natural gas, we'd progress even more.

Those pesking "campaign fund coffers" keep getting in the way of progress.
