I got this from Waterhouse Securities research (who depend on Zacks). I am unable to get details, it only mentions date and recommendation.
I hope someone here can get more details.

I didn't see a rec, but his new estimates are:
MarQ 0.21 was $0.20
JunQ $0.25 was $0.16
SepQ $0.19 was $0.20
DecQ $0.15 was $0.23

Net change for the FY98 was nothing really: now $0.80 was $0.79.

Looks to me like he took some EPS from the 2nd half and shifted it to the 1st half. Essentially he is projecting a slow 2nd half 98, which I don't doubt, but won't know until Apr or May
